Yes — we generate at error-correction level M and recommend at least 0.5 mm contrast height between base and dots. Test with your phone before mass-printing.
Minimum scannable size is around 30×30 mm. We default to 50×50 mm with a 2 mm base and 1 mm raised dot height — the sweet spot for FDM printing.
Not yet — the centre would block the QR matrix. Add the logo as a separate STL with the Mesh Merger tool, taking care not to cover more than 10% of the QR area.
