JAD Apps is operated by JadApps, registered at Wellington Close, Warsop, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected] or via the contact form.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and JadApps (“we”, “us”) when you access or use the services available at jadapps.app, including the free tools and any paid plan. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
JAD Apps provides browser-based tools for cleaning, converting, and working with structured data. You are responsible for the files, data, and content you choose to process and for ensuring you have the right to use that data.
Some features require sign-in via a supported identity provider. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity that happens through your JAD Apps account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
Paid plans (currently Pro at £7/month, Pro + Media at £19/month, and Developer at £39/month, with annual options) unlock larger files, bulk workflows, the public API, saved history, and additional tier-specific features. Prices shown exclude VAT; applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your billing address. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your refund rights — including the UK 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — are described in our Refund Policy.
You must not use JAD Apps to break the law, infringe rights, attack systems, distribute malware, overload the service, bypass rate or tier limits, scrape the service without permission, attempt to extract or train models on our content, or process data you do not have the legal right to use. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.
We aim to keep JAD Apps useful and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be limited, or be removed as the product evolves. Where a documented Service Level Agreement applies (Enterprise plans), the SLA in the order form takes precedence.
JAD Apps tools are provided for general data and productivity workflows. They are not legal, financial, medical, security, or compliance advice. You should review important outputs before relying on them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising under or in connection with these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident outside England you may bring a claim in the courts of your habitual residence as required by mandatory consumer protection law.
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date confirms acceptance of the updated terms.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
