How to clean amazon seller csv reports
- Step 1Download a report from Seller Central — From Reports → Fulfilment, Inventory, or Payments, request the CSV download you need.
- Step 2Drop it onto the cleaner — Drag the report onto the dropzone. Cleaning runs in your browser; ASINs and order data stay local.
- Step 3Confirm the cleaned row count — The results panel shows rows in vs rows out, plus duplicates removed and rows repaired.
- Step 4Re-upload or import — Download the cleaned CSV and feed it into your repricer, accounting tool, or inventory system.
Frequently asked questions
Is uploading an Amazon report to a third-party tool safe?+
There is no upload. Cleaning runs locally in your browser, so the report never leaves your computer.
Will this break ASIN or SKU columns?+
No. ASIN and SKU values are preserved exactly. Only whitespace, blank rows, and exact-duplicate rows are touched.
Why does my Amazon report have a different column count per row?+
Product titles containing commas frequently break parser assumptions. The Repair Rows option pads or trims rows to match the header width.
Privacy first
